What is a Fertility Support Practitioner/Fertility Doula?

A Fertility Support Practitioner (FSP) is a practitioner that supports their clients through any part of their fertility and/or their reproductive health. We are here as a mental, emotional and informational support throughout their journey.

What does support look like from an FSP?

  • Educating clients on tracking and charting their fertility signs for either trying to conceive or practicing natural birth control, using the Fertility Awareness Method.

  • Analyzing and interpreting clients' cycle charts to identify possible causes of specific issues, such as thyroid disorders, PCOS, Endometriosis, or recurrent miscarriages.

  • Helping clients comprehend the information discussed during their fertility clinic appointments, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their fertility status and treatment options.

  • Guiding patients through fertility procedures like IUI and IVF, offering advice on how to maximize their chances of conception by making the most of these procedures.

  • Providing empathetic and attentive listening to clients, acknowledging their experiences and emotions throughout their fertility journey, especially for those who have been trying to conceive for an extended period.

Do you do online or in-person appointments?

I do both!

I'm located  in Kelowna, British Columbia and so if you choose in-person appointments they will be held here. However, I'm happy to help anyone worldwide through online appointments!

Can you actually help me get pregnant?

Although I can't guarantee pregnancy, my ultimate hope is that through using the information and tools I give you, you will be able to give yourself the best chances of conceiving!

Do you work with couples or individuals?

Both!

If you are a couple trying to conceive, it is great to work with both of you, as you're in this journey together! However, I'm happy to meet with just one of you.

If you are wanting help with your cycle or hormone management, you don't need to involve your partner (if you have one) but I certainly welcome them to be a part of it.

I also welcome teenagers who are struggling with cycle and hormone management. These appointments I would require a parent to be present.

What if I need more support after my package is completed?

I'd be happy to keep the support coming! Additional support would be $75/month for a follow-up and text/email support. If more support is needed, we can talk about making a custom package for you!

How much do you charge?

Each of my 3 month packages is $300 (Fertility Support and Birth Control Support).

Each of my 4 month Extensive packages are $400 (Extensive Cycle Support and Extensive IVF/IUI Support).

If cost is a hindrance, please speak to me about it in our first free call.
